How does Halı TR work?

A step-by-step guide from setup to your first delivery.

    Download the app and create an account

    Install the right version for your device from the download page. Accept all permissions on first launch; phone permission is for Caller ID and Bluetooth for the printer.

    Define your service prices

    In Definitions, add services such as rugs (price per m²), sofas, duvets and curtains with their prices.

  3. 3

    Connect your thermal printer

    In Printer Settings select your Bluetooth printer, upload your company logo and pick a label template or design one in the editor.

  4. 4

    Add vehicles and staff

    Create a separate user for each service vehicle and staff member and set permissions. Vehicle tracking is free.

  5. 5

    Turn on notifications

    Edit your SMS or WhatsApp templates so picked-up, ready and on-the-way messages are sent automatically.

  6. 6

    Create your first order

    When a customer calls, tap “Open order” on the Caller ID card, add the rugs and print the labels. That is it.
